Other: There is no denying that vintage Universal is hot at the moment. Especially the compax chronographs from the 1940's and 1950's. Ask any vintage collector, dealer, or flat out watch nerd, Universal Geneva along with the likes of Omega and Longines are the best valued brands out there. This Compax features the in house Universal cal. 285 column wheel movement. At 36mm and a hairline bezel width this guy wears much larger. The three register dial is in great condition with only a few blemishes on the chronograph hour and left second registers. The outside telemeter scale is in great sharp condition. To top it off are those incredible blue'd steel sword hands with matching and in tact patina. Just does not get any better for that price point.
